As a TriFactor affiliated club, you’ll be able to access a wide range of benefits and services to help manage, develop and engage your club or team and your members.

These include exclusive sales and race invites, complimentary race slots, partner discounts, access to TriFactor progarmmes, support services, and more.

1. 2x direct entry for Club Invitation Slot for all Long-Distance Categories in Singapore events only (21.1km Run, Long RunSwim, Long Triathlon)
2. 20% off Normal rates (Individual categories only) for all club members
3. Additional 10% discount off TriFactor Merchandise via LevelUp APP.
4. 20ft x 10ft Tentage with Club Name with 2 tables and 10 chairs with 30 or more sign ups at a special price at $250. Strictly no on-site sales allowed.
   10ft x 10ft Pop up Tent with 1 Table and 5 Chairs with min 15 sign ups at a special price at $250. Strictly no on-site sales allowed.

1. The club must have a minimum of ten (10) active members to ensure they have a strong presence in their community.
2. The club must have a clear focus on activities such as swimming, cycling, running, aquathlon, duathlon, or triathlon. 
3. The club must have a positive reputation in the community and demonstrate a commitment to sportsmanship and fair play.
4. The club must have a dedicated point of contact who will serve as the liaison between the club and TriFactor.
5. The club must have a website or social media page that is regularly updated and includes information about the club's activities, events, and membership.
6. The club must commit to sending a min of 2 members to participate in major TriFactor races as part of its affiliation.
7. The club must agree to promote TriFactor races and events to their members and encourage participation in these events.
8. The club must consent to TriFactor's request to conduct interviews with club members, feature the club in promotional content which includes the use of club logos and branding in marketing materials.
9. The club must be willing to provide feedback on TriFactor's events, services, and programs to help improve the overall experience for all participants.
10. The club must agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of the affiliation program and support TriFactor in promoting events, the sport, and active lifestyle.

• Club affiliate membership is valid for 1 year (within the calendar year of application)
• Complimentary race slots provided cannot be given to non-members of the club or re-sold for the benefit of profit for the club.
• A list of club members names and contact details must be provided to TriFactor for verification purposes.
• All TriFactor sponsors/partners items provided or offers cannot be re-sold to non-members outside of the club.
• Clubs will be requested to provide social media posts on a regular basis to promote their involvement with the TriFactor and be available for interview and public relations activities when required.
• All members participating in any TriFactor events must uphold themselves with the highest level of professionalism and sportsmanship. Any Misconduct by any club members to the Organizing Committee or Technical Officials for any reason, will be barred from taking part in future events and the club will not be allowed renewal of the affiliation membership for the next year.
• Social Media courtesy is paramount. We appreciate that all constructive feedbacks are channelled directly to us via emails, phone calls or face-to-face with our committee. Any derogative comments, posts on our social media will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate termination of the affiliate membership with no refund for any paid registrations.
• The organizing committee has the right to revoke any club’s membership privileges based on any abuse, misconduct or failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations set forth during the event or membership terms.

1. Include all TriFactor Asia Races in the club’s calendar of events for the year to existing club members and associates.
2. Bi-weekly Social Media Post mention of TriFactor Asia during Training Swims, Rides or Runs in Singapore. (Min 4 to 6 post – within 12 weeks)
3. Logo/Text acknowledgement on any Web-page, Facebook page as an Affiliate club of TriFactor Asia.
4. Active Participation at all Local / Regional Races under TriFactor Brand
5. Availability of scheduled Interviews or arranged training sessions with Club Leaders / Squads

Club Invitation Race

Each Club will send 2 representatives to take part in the 21.1km Run or Long-Distance Category of each race.

Regardless of male or female representatives, Total time for both members will be taken into account of their standings.
eg. C1A+C1B = 3hr 30mins , C2A + C2B = 3hrs 10mins (C2 is faster than C1)

Overall Club Team Challenge:

Using the TriFactor Points accumulated by each member within each category, club members will earn their points* for their team for the Run & RunSwim and Triathlon races (10.5km/21km Run and Multi-sport Sprint Category & above only) The more members doing longer distances, the higher the chance of earning more points!

The Club with the highest Club Points will be awarded the Club Challenge Champion of that Event.
