If you're struggling to know where to start with adding strength training into your life, then worry not - I've got you covered!
Each workout can be done in less than 20 minutes and is designed to teach you the basics to start your strength training journey.
You can do as many rounds of each workout as you can manage or have time for… remember, something is always better than nothing, so no excuses when one round can be completed in less than 20 minutes.
The best thing is - the workouts can be done anywhere. You don’t need a gym or a special area, just yourself, some water, and some basic equipment to get going.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
(Start with 5kg upwards in weight). Lower body workout can start with heavier weights but if you’re struggling to do the movement without load then first work on practising the movement bodyweight to progress safely.
If you don’t have any weights you can start with a rucksack with books in it and a 2 litre bottle of water so no excuses!
