Anybody can build themselves a workout planâthe fact is, youâve probably already tried several. Building strong coach-client relationships is the foundation of our 1:1 program. Thatâs what you came here for. During the entirety of your time at FAB, you will have access to your coach via 6 days a week to text, voice, or video message through WhatsApp.Â
In addition to this, youâll also have the opportunity to share more detailed information about your progress during:Â
Like any one-on-one coaching program, FABâs is a significant financial investment. We have a few coaching containers (group or 1:1). 1:1 coaching is between $375-475 monthly depending on which plan you choose and we have several payment plans (biweekly, monthly, or paying in full for a discount). We ALSO accept PayPal credit so you can take advantage of the pay in full discount but pay it off overtime with 0% interest.

Here at Fit and Balanced, weâre entirely about finding something that works for you. We understand that for some of our clients, tracking meals and macros can feel overwhelming or unapproachable. For that reason, tracking full macros is an entirely optional aspect of our coaching programs.
During your first few weeks as a 1:1 client, we will likely need some sort of quantifiable nutrition metrics in order to observe and adjust your program to fit your personal goals (i.e. weight loss, toning, recomposition). After your first module on mindset management, this usually isnât a struggle anymore!
For starters, we actually care about you as a person. You are NOT a number on your coachâs roster. We want every client to feel like the ONLY client - fully supported, heard, and cared for. That is why we CAP our client rosters and ensure our coaches are NEVER working over time - a tired or burnt out coach cannot show up fully for clients!
Also, we give a crap about your education. We will NEVER hand you a plan to follow blindly. You will ALWAYS understand WHY youâre doing WHAT youâre doing and the science behind it too. To help with that, we have HUNDREDS of pages / videos of educational resources for you to keep FOR LIFE (even after youâre a client)! We truly want this to be the last program you ever need.

Not to mention... we are also ANTI RESTRICTIVE EATING. You'll actually be learning how to eat as much as possible while seeing results. We do things differently over here.
Absolutely not. While many FAB clients love keeping a membership at their local gyms, itâs not mandatory at all to take on that extra cost. We have many 1:1 clients whoâve made amazing transformations using the resources they had in their homes. During onboarding, youâll be able to share with your coach what kind of equipment youâre able to access, and theyâll customize your workout plan to only use what you have available at that point in time.Â
If you do decide at any point during your program to purchase more equipment for your home or join a gym, simply update your coach on that new development and sheâll be happy to find new ways to incorporate them into your workout routine.
After youâve applied to 1:1 coaching and made your first payment, youâll receive an onboarding email that gives you clear instructions on which apps to download and where to go to complete your new client intake form.Â
Youâll also be added immediately to the Fit and Balanced Academy Online Course, as well as to our custom fitness app youâll be using as long as you're a client. From initial payment, onboarding typically takes 3-5 days. You'll have direct access to your coach the entire time and throughout the program so you always know the next steps.
