How do I reset my password for the Heart Mind Institute Library?

To reset your password navigate here and choose "Forgot Password". You will then receive an email to reset it.

Heart Mind Community

How do I access the Community after I enroll?

An email from 'heartmindinstitute@mn.co' with a welcome message was sent right after you purchased the membership. On that email, there is a 'JOIN ME' button you should click to create your community login and identity. That page is where you add your name and photo for the community. Fill out your name, click the plus (+) sign to add a photo (if you’d like), then click 'Next' at the top right of the page.

How do I update my payment method?

- Head to our self-billing portal here.

- Login with your email address and Order ID (This would be on your sales confirmation) 

- Choose 'My Orders' at the top

- Click the Pencil Icon and choose 'Change Credit Card'

How do I cancel my subscription?

- Head to our self-billing portal here.

- Login with your email address and Order ID (This would be on your sales confirmation) 

- Choose 'My Orders' at the top

- Click the 'X' and choose 'Cancel Subscription
