My program will show you how to take back control of your body and mind after having a baby - looking at every area of your postnatal health to set healthy, nourishing habits so you can be physically and mentally strong enough to keep up with your little one at every stage of their development.
How does it work?
The program consists of seven sections - each specially designed to be undertaken at your own pace - this is an overwhelm-free zone and you can take as long as you like to complete the various exercises or tasks.
