With a commitment as low as one bottle, you can reserve your spot in a private barrel and be a part of the process from start to finish.
And the perks don't stop there. As a participant in one of our Barrel Starter projects, you'll receive invitations to exclusive events, including a barrel filling party and a pickup party, plus you'll have the opportunity to sample special tastings during the aging process as well.

Reservations are $1 per bottle, to save your spot.
Step 2: Launch
Once a project is fully subscribed, reservations are confirmed and you purchase your share of the barrel. We then get to work fermenting, distilling and prepping for barrel entry. You're in!
Step 3: Barrel Filling Party
Now we're talking! Come and have a taste of the unaged spirit as we celebrate it going into the barrel and try some themed cocktails.
Step 4: Pickup Party
It's ready! Let's get together and celebrate the completion of the project, with a tasting and some special cocktails made with this unique spirit.

BARREL AGED HONEY SPIRIT
In the realm of one-of-a-kind spirits, this one will stand apart. In the aftermath of Bently Heritage shutting down, the team was kind enough to donate some items to other local distilleries. For us, this included an entire 55 gallon drum of honey as well as a unique french oak barrel that was used to age a batch of their Juniper Grove Gin.
Our plan is to fully ferment and then distill the honey, creating a 100% honey distillate, which we will then barrel age in the ex-Bently french oak gin barrel, pulling some of the remaining flavors from the oak as well as some of the lovely gin botanical notes, which we believe will be incredible with the honey distillate.

NEVADA SINGLE MALT WHISKEY
Let's make a 100% Nevada-grown single malt! Made with 100% malted barley grown and malted in Eastern Nevada, we will mash, ferment and distill a regional spirit that we can all be proud of. We will age in a smaller 30 gallon barrel which will get the whiskey more flavor from the barrel in a shorter time, and aging it 24 months.

BOURBON BARREL-AGED COFFEE LIQUEUR
What happens when you take our double-gold award winning Caffe Notte coffee liqueur and age it in an ex-bourbon barrel for a few months? Let's find out!

BARREL AGED GIN
After we launched and sold out of our first batch of Ferino Small Batch Gin No. 1, we immediately began thinking about what a barrel aged version might look like.
For this project, we will take our existing gin recipe, using the finest Italian-imported juniper berries, and then resting the gin for 4-5 months in a 30 gallon ex-whiskey barrel.
