The Instagram for Business course will be split into 6 different lessons which will help you set up an account, understand Instagram's protocol, use insights and understand the different media types you can use on the platform.

Lesson 1

The Basics: What is it? Who is it for? Why should you use it for your business?

Lesson 2

Creating your account. This section includes choosing your profile image and constructing your bio.

Lesson 3

Media and content. This section explores the grid, Instagram stories, videos and content planning.

Lesson 4

Protocol and behaviour: Instagram's algorithm, what it flags as spam, tagging and following accounts.

Instagram on desktop: what it looks like and the functions.

How much does this course cost?

This course is £24. At BWi we heavily subsidise all courses for BWi members as we feel passionately about providing the opportunity for personal and business development.

How long will it take me to complete this course?

There is at least 1hr 15 worth of videos to watch. However, this is an interactive course (you are encouraged to work on your profile alongside this course) and there are also slides to look at. The benefit of purchasing BWi courses is that there is no time limit on your access to this course. We recommend completing this course at a pace that suits you.

How do I know the information in this course is correct?

This course was written by a BWi member who runs her own marketing business and has experience of using and training others on using Instagram for Business. As with all software, there are regular changes but we will monitor these and update the course accordingly.

How long do I have access to this course?

You have lifetime access to your BWi course account. If you haven't done so already, you will be able to create an account on our course platform and will be required to login to access the course.

There are videos and slides available. This course is also interactive as you are encouraged to create or work on your profile throughout the course.
