This depends on a lot of variables, including how financially prepared you are to purchase a home, how quickly you get through the workbook, how dedicated you are to making this happen, how much time you can devote to your home search, etc. The important thing to note here is that this is NOT a sprint. I’ve done a lot of the heavy lifting for you, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have to do anything. If you follow the guidance, create your plan, and implement the strategies I thoughtfully lay out, I am confident you can find and purchase a home that will bring you joy and the potential for growing your wealth.
