We've supported clients in dreaming, creating, and launching all kinds of online events from summits and conferences to symposiums, workshops, online courses, and more. Our expertise is in any kind of online event you can dream, especially online events that are time bound and limited in scope. While we do have experience with things like book launches, podcasts, and courses, our unique framework is best for summits and conferences and adjacent. We also offer custom services, so even if you don't opt for our full service partnership, we may be able to help with strategy, planning, marketing, design, and custom video and animation needs.

This differs slightly from client to client depending on their own team, budget, business structure, technology/software, and a variety of other factors.

That said, as a general rule, when we partner with a client to produce and create their online summit we work very closely over many months to offer strategic guidance, clarity around your vision, support for sponsorship, swipe copy for all of your speaker invitations, community guidelines, email marketing, and webpages, design services, video editing, product creation, customer service guidance, transcription and closed captioning, as well as other behind-the-scenes logistics so that you can focus on being visible, being out front, facilitating powerful conversations, engaging with the community, and promoting your amazing event. 

We recommend hiring additional support for advertising needs and customer service needs (depending on the anticipated size of your event). We offer web development and product creation with a limited number of platforms, as well.

One of the primary reasons we created Radical Summits is because we saw a gross lack of diverse voices and accessibility in many summits and conferences happening online.

Seas of white faces, of cis faces, of thin bodies, of privileged folks, and so much content that just wasn't accessible to the over 20% of people who have a disability (and that number doesn't include all the people who have PTSD, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, and a whole host of other needs).

Considering the endless potential that technology offers us, there's simply no excuse and we want to encourage hosts to do better.

We only partner with clients whose values are aligned with our own (we are committed to racial justice, disability justice, body liberation, anti-capitalism, ecological justice, and most important being in right relationship with each other), so this requirement is really a non-issue for most of our clients.

But, we have partnered with a few people over the years who were resistant to taking the time to develop more meaningful relationships with people who come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and so we ask all our clients to agree to certain inclusion, accessibility, and sustainability measures as a way to hold ourselves and each other more accountable for  the impact we have when we're creating these large-scale events.

The full service summit production option is incredible, but it's also such a huge time and resource investment for our team that we only partner with 3-4 people per year. We do have other options which you can see on our Services page, and we strategically support many creators in a variety of ways.

That said, if you aren't 100% sure the VIP experience is for you, then we are confident the DIY Summit Creation Course is a wonderful option for you to consider.

At this time, we run the six month course once per year (the next cohort starts summer 2021). It's built on a foundation of relationship-building, and you not only get weekly calls with our CEO Dawn Serra for SIX months, but you get to interact with and learn from a variety of other entrepreneurs and creators. If you'd prefer a solo expedition that's fast-tracked, we have an option for that, too, and the funds support our community equity fund which allows us to offer financial assistance to those in need.
