Originally from England, I moved to Texas in December 2000 and started working for a local convenience store chain, first managing one of their stores to becoming the Area Manager and then Training Director in just 3 years.
In 2005, my wife and I started our first business offering custom window treatments and window films in the Central Texas area and it was from there that we found BNI. First as a member, and then in 2014, we had the amazing opportunity to purchase the West & South-Central Texas franchises of BNI.
Starting out with around 50 members in South-Central Texas, we now have nearly 300 members and those members have passed over $50 Million in referral business to each other in the last 5 years.
My passion is to help small businesses get access to the systems, tools and resources to help them get better referrals, better customers and have better businesses. Working with them to help them develop referral creation strategies and systems that will help them get more customers and clients.
I really want referrals to be a reality for you!
