Hello-

I was born in California and moved to Kentucky when I was five when my parents separated.

I was an artistic hippy girl growing up. I loved art, cooking, music, dance, and socializing.

I graduated college with a bachelor's in business and an associate's in hotel and tourism management. I loved working in restaurants and I had always envisioned starting a hostel in a tropical country. It’s still on my mind by the way. 😉

During my time in college, I kick-started a few addictions that traveled with me until my early thirties. I battled with different eating disorders and a distorted self-image mindset. I fell into bad relationships and sexual misconduct. I self-sabotaged myself due to a lack of self-love for years. It took time to start learning even what was going on.

After college, I drove my car across the country and moved back to California.

I landed in San Diego and began going to school for Ayurveda.

I was then diagnosed with PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome.

Thankfully through my program at the San Diego College of Ayurveda and participating in acupuncture I learned how to treat my PCOS naturally and got off the diabetic medication that went along with it.

I was finally learning how to take care of my body through holistic practices that were actually sustainable. Moving to California also helped me eat healthier and be around more fit and healthy people.

I knew how to care for my body through physical exercise and nutrition but -I realized that I still had a lot of inner/shadow work to do.

I was experiencing severe anxiety and panic attacks. My nervous system was not aligned for years. Psychedelic journeys and therapy became my new healing allies.

Even though I was upleveling in my health- something still wasn’t working. I was still anxious, nervous, and worrying all the time.

In 2020 I got hired at a Women's Recovery Center. I teach cooking classes, yoga, organic gardening, perform abhyanga oil treatments, and conduct health consultations at the center. It is a dream come true job.

Working there inspired me to get real about my own addictions. I decided to begin recovery and working the 12-steps. I can now say that I’ve been sober from speed and alcohol since August 28th, 2020, and I’m grateful for my recovery. Working the steps has been the deepest work I’ve ever done. After I faced a lot of my demons in recovery and I know that it has deepened my ability to be a profound medium to allow healing for others.

I knew that if I could take my experiences and knowledge to another level with compassion and love- anything could happen. Believing in someone is the biggest piece.

Once the pandemic hit I took almost all my work online aside from the recovery center and now health and life coaching dozens of people all over the world. My work is mainly driven by Ayurveda, mycology, herbology, working with the land, plant medicine, meditation, and breathwork. I believe that these modalities can truly uplevel your health in unimaginable ways.

I am so happy to serve you and share my larger journey with you. In the meantime, this is me for now.

Love,
