Ltd. is agreeing only to provide Client with the services outlined in the sales page which the client purchases from, which provides a set of training and strategies the client voluntarily agrees to purchasing. The client understands that these services and programs are NOT on-going, retainer-type contracts and that E-Square Alliance Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Nalini Gulati or Mr. Piyush Gulati will NOT act as the client’s agent and representative.

MODIFICATION

Company may modify terms of this agreement at any time. All modifications shall be posted on E-Square Training Academy’s website and new purchasers shall be notified.
