People who graduated our healing program...
From a Parent
"Your passion for sharing your expertise, practice and insight with parents and caregivers is appreciated. I’ve never found a person or sources so holistically designed and offered. I’ve already been sharing my experience in the course with my family and with colleagues and friends with children; the word-of-mouth ripples are in motion." TC
From Stephanie Dueger, Parent, and Psychologist
"After completing Annie’s first 2-year training (2006-2008) with my husband, during which time our first child was born, I not only could incorporate the learnings into being a more skilled, attachment-based therapist, but also into both healing my own early attachment wounds, and being a more confident, first-time parent. I was so intrigued by this work that I pursued a PhD in Pre- and Perinatal Psychology and Health, The training is wholly transformative on the physical, mental, and emotional levels, inviting the kind of learning that can only be described as inside-out – as in from the cells-outward. Annie is a true master – of the body, of holding the field of a group’s process, and of understanding the material at a depth born of a lifetime of study and work"
From a therapist, author and Mom
"Annie's therapeutic work is a potent mix of deep intuition, an abundant knowledge of body and nervous system patterns and pure love. She meets you in the depths of your being and says hello to your earliest cellular imprints, greeting the most fragile aspects of self with great compassion and care. Once she has established this deep, trusting relationship even your most challenging physical, spiritual, and emotional challenges can be transformed into powerful circulating energy. Working with Annie is a journey towards becoming more alive." Allison Weliky, LPC, MA

From an adult learning new body-based methods to help her own healing work, also a therapist, Charlotte K
“I appreciated you sharing about proprioception being the ability to feel weight and pressure. I enjoyed the Body Tool of pressing my hands together and noticing what was happening inside. Naming how one might have an underdeveloped cell membrane and can become flooded with emotion or become rigid, where cells don’t communicate with themselves was fascinating and relatable.
I enjoyed the Breathing Ball exercise and found at the end when I noticed my surroundings to be a wonderful way to reorient to what is happening now. I appreciated what you said about one of the ways to assist in healing is the ability to shift our attention and not get stuck or locked down. I notice that this shift in focus is a passive movement, but one that brings the outside into focus and therefore allows me to be present to what is happening in the here and now. Brilliant!
I loved that you shared that you rest into your healthy fat more deeply when encountering someone who is triggered. When I experienced this myself, it felt like I was settling into myself. It helped me create a more robust edge.
I also found the information you shared about the precognitive infant having intelligence and also that the amygdala is on board in a precognitive child fascinating and clarifying as why we function as we do. I am eager to explore the next module!"
