We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information shared during consultations and coaching sessions.  However, we may be required to disclose information if legally obligated to do so.  Further details regarding confidentiality may be outlined in a separate agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:

While we strive to provide high-quality Services, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results or outcomes of our Services.  We do not guarantee specific results and the success of our Services depends on various factors, including your active participation and effort.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.
