About The Exceptional Woman Network
The Exceptional Woman Network was started by no other than Dr. Michelle S. Thomas, an 11x International Best-Selling Author, Certified Life/Relationship/Business Coach, Motivational Speaker, and multiple business owner. She is also the proud Founder/CEO of The Exceptional Woman Enterprise to further her passion for initiating real change for women across the globe.
The Exceptional Woman Network is not just a network that we started for us to socialize in, this is a network that we started to FILL IN THE GAPS, CHANGE THE TRAJECTORY and THE OUTCOME for women business owners and entrepreneurs, especially women of color.

Do you offer monthly payment option?
Yes, we do offer monthly and annual payment options. For annual payments, you could save a lot more than the monthly option.
But for Organizational Membership, we only offer annual payment option at the moment.

Does my membership begin the day I sign up?
Your membership begins upon the completion of the ENROLLMENT PROCESS.
How can I best utilize my membership?
The Exceptional Woman Network membership has been designed to be an interactive engagement experience. Our members receive the most value from their membership by taking full advantage of our education programs, business development tracks, networking sessions, events and community engagement. As an active member, you have the opportunity to learn, grow, and profit from as many resources as we continue to strive for our members!
How do I change my credit card information?
Visit the Helpdesk/Support page. Within your profile you will be able to update your billing information.

How do I manage/cancel my membership/subscription?
You can visit our TEWN Helpdesk portal here. Click "MY ORDERS", then enter your Email and Order ID (You can check your invoice that was emailed to you when you placed your order). Then click "LOCATE ORDER". Then you can manage your current subscriptions, digital product orders, and so on.
I cancelled my subscription but I want to sign back up. How do I go about doing this?
