We all know what it feels like to be very tense, and how different our body feels when we’re relaxed. Relaxing is a really important foundation to staying well.
This group of cards shares ideas of ways we can help ourselves to change our body state. Exercise, rest, eating and drink well, breathing deeply, paying attention to what our bodies need - there are lots of different ideas to try.
