PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please bring a legal form of ID to verify you are 18 years or older.
Forms of Payments Accepted: Zelle, Cash, debit/credit cards. Credit/debit cards inquire a 4% of balance fee if used.
Guest Policy: Due to the nature of our work no guests are allowed, please arrive alone.
Late Policy: Please be respectful of our time by arriving on time to your appointment. Appointments will be canceled and deposits will be forfeited if you are more than 15 minutes late. A new deposit will be required if you wish to schedule a new appointment. Please notify us by text at 424-456-0440 if you are running late.
Cancelation/Rescheduling Policy: Please note that deposits will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment. To avoid losing your original deposit, a 72 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. You will be required to submit a new deposit through our booking system to reserve a new date and time. However, your previous and new deposits will go toward the total cost of your service.
No Show Policy: We have zero tolerance for no shows. Failure to appear to your appointment with no prior notice will result in 100% charge of the remaining balance.
