Animal Flow is a bodyweight movement practice that uses quadrupedal and ground-based movement system to create a fun and challenging workout.
The class structure includes warm up drills, wrist stretches, static positions, travelling forms, form specific stretches and building flows.
Barefoot or barefoot training shoes required for this session. Bring drinking water.
