Learn some tricks to open your mind to the possibilities of life. Learn to listen for what isn't said, to understand the world from another's perspective, and to encourage curiosity and creativity. Most importantly, learn the Golden Rule of Change, and open the doors to endless possibilities.

You will be introduced to the REvolution Development Plan, a custom template designed to help you think about what your future might look like and help you plot a plan to get there. Making the complex simple, this tool is the darling of the program, treasured by all.

Open to your faults, respect will follow.

In this course, you will investigate how the world has changed and contemplate how you need to adapt to remain relevant to future employers. Each of us needs to shift the way we look at our selves, our role and the world. We will examine our resume and our experience through the lens of future employers.

Learn a skill, be limited.  Learn to learn, be limitless.

Reinvention isn't just about learning one new skill or even 10, it's about learning to learn again. Reinvention forces us to shift the perspective through which we see the world, change the approach we use to engage with the world, and translate the words we use to communicate with the world.

To be heard, speak the language of others.

Here we turn to tactics, tools and details of the job search. Our primary focus will be on language - learning to speak the language of others. We will point you to the many resources you can tap into and focus on teaching you the tricks and tactics that are specifically geared toward helping you as a career reinventor.

To be found, let your light shine.

What tools can you use to be seen, heard and trusted?  How do you open doors to job offers?  Linkedin, resume, portfolios and many tools that are often overlooked. We will explore how you can create a personal brand, negate bias, and communicate your messaging and ideas to the world.

Interviews!  We will discuss how to prepare and what to expect with a variety of interviews.  We will talk about what makes a great interview experience and how to craft the perfect interview question answers. Hint - it's all about understanding, connecting and telling a story!

Change is inevitable, so good enough for now is perfect.
