METHODOLOGY
 

The unique way of training and developing exceptional trainers lies in our system
that gives our trainees instant access to practice in our trainings as they are facilitated
by Creative Consciousness® around the world.

The trainees from level 1 on are part of the training team of any chosen training
and learn their competencies directly in these internships of live facilitated real training events. 

The Trainer Academy’s unique system to integrate the trainee into live facilitation challenges
the trainee to grow organically from scratch rather than from intellectual knowledge.
This method however, also demands a high level of self-learning from the trainee. A Trainer in
TA’s eyes is not a lecturer but a powerful source of transformation and growth powered by entrepreneurial core competencies and creativity. Self-generated thinking,
the ability to surrender to service and handling unexpected and challenging
circumstances are only a few of the requirements of an academy trainee.  

Before and after every training event day day, the training team - under the lead of a qualified
Lead Trainer - uses warm-up techniques to get mentally, emotionally and physically ready for
the day, and when the participants have left the training facility for that day, the training team
reflects on the day and every member gets feedback from the upline regarding what worked
and what needs improvement.

4 LEVELS
TRAINER DEVELOPMENT

LEVEL 1 - TRAINER ASSISTANT CERTIFICATE
 

The Academy trainees learn the ABC of training facilitation, trainer support structures and holistic service principles. They develop their first competencies in leading introductions, sharing
sessions,  feedback sessions and facilitating exercises. That includes the development of skills
in successfully leading the Assistant Training Program as an ATL (Assistant Team Leader).
Graduation with the  certificate “Trainer Assistant.”

NOVICE (ATL)

LEVEL 2 - PROFESSIONAL TRAINER DIPOLMA
 

Development of professional presentation skills, team leadership and basic competencies
in supervision, mentoring, marketing, facilitating and leading training events. 

Graduation with the TA diploma “Professional Trainer”. 

Novice

• Professional presentation skills development
• Basics in developing and assessing the Assisting Trainer trainees
• Advanced facilitation skills development
• Training and development in 100% presentation feedback session leading
• Exercise leading
• Sourcing enthusiasm and causing the presence of possibility

INTERMEDIATE

• Professional delivery of appointed training sections
• Advanced Leadership skills

ADVANCED

• Professional delivery of appointed training sections without the need for supervision

LEVEL 3 - ACADEMY TRAINER CERTIFICATE
 

This level trains the professional trainer (PTD graduate) to become a qualified Academy Trainer, reaching mastery up front and back stage in all presentation, facilitation and leadership skills.

Most importantly however, is the development of the 'trainer being' of the trainee; we

know that the transmission of authenticity, integrity and light is key to moving beyond

professional expertise and becoming a transformational leader. 

Graduation with the "Academy Trainer Certificate".

• Gravitas is present as an IS, not subject to be confirmed or shown

• The trainer is rarely heard to complain or express language and body language that belong to the lower ranks of the Ladder of Power

• Trainee has an integrated organic 360-degree radar awareness for anything happening and not happening in the TA training delivery context.

LEVEL 4 - LEAD TRAINER CONTRACT
 

Level 3 graduates (ATC) who aspire to join the Creative Consciousness Trainer Academy as a contracted Lead Trainer are welcome at this level 4. This is a practice and development level to

become fit for entering QRTs, Qualification Run-Throughs. The successful pass of such a QRT

leads to a sign off of the Lead Trainer to be certified as a Lead Trainer for this specific training of

the Creative Consciousness portfolio. This accomplishment is acknowledged by the Lead

Trainer receiving an offer to enter a professional contract with the trainer academy,

giving the Lead Trainer access to leading future trainings.

• Mentor train-the-trainer Academy Trainer coaching by local Academy Trainer upon demand
• Bimonthly Trainer Academy mentoring call (2hr)
