What does Woje do?

PreCollection is a patented sequence that allows pre-preparation for auto-withdrawal even if payment bounces.

What is Collection Prevention?

Collection Prevention is essential software, terms, and training protocols that help prevent your clients and customers from reaching the 60-day or 90-day collection window. 

How do I get up and running on Woje?

There are three simple steps to becoming a Woje member and turning your business into its own financing institution.

1. Go to www.wojeinc.com and get your back office. This website will be your hub of learning.
2. Once you have entered your free membership, click on the “Woje 2.0 Login” to open a window for accessing the Woje 2.0 software (or go to www.mywojemoney.com) and start your low introductory training subscription. You will then be able to download your finance term sheet. You will need this for your tutorial.
3. Go into www.wojeinc.com membership portal, and you will find video training along with a calendar list of live 1.5-hour training. Pick as many of the dates as you wish. We want you knowledgeable and comfortable in capturing the interest you have been losing.
4. Once you are confident and capable, you will be able to enter your first contract. Once the first contract has been entered, this is when you will be able to access all aspects of the software. Your initial training subscription will cancel, and your Solo Subscription will begin. 

How difficult is the training?

Within an hour and a half, you will have a working knowledge of how to do just collection prevention only or the full ability to finance your customers, do collection prevention, structure your financing to your business product or service, and much more.

What if I wish to back out of the program?

Simply email us at service@wojeinc.com that you wish to discontinue your subscription. Be sure to include” CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION” in the Subject line of your email. Your subscription will then end 30 days from the date received.

When I sign up, how long does it take to add my clients?

Remember that you must have a signed contract or invoice from your customer or client.

We suggest you add your client to the software once you have the first payment coming from them, or when the product or service is delivered.

Once a client is entered into Woje, you can have multiple finance contracts with that client. 

Do you see everything in my account?

Woje software is highly encrypted. Any information, including your email, iss encrypted so that only you can view it. Also, there are passwords within your portal to access data. Internal passworded areas is to create a higher level of protection.

Woje can only see number data to help us see the benefit Woje has in each community, city, state, providence, etc. We are excited about how beneficial Woje will be in each area and industry.

We can only view reporting details. No personal or private data is viewable to Woje.

Is the program able to work with just a few customers?

Woje will work with you with a scaleable amount of customers. Everyone begins with Woje Solo, which allows you up to 24 contracts. Once you enter your 25th contract, your Solo Subscription will end, and your Business subscription will start. At this point, you may have up to 60 contracts. From 61contracts to 125 contracts, you will move to a Woje Pro subscription. Each new subscription will automatically be updated within the system.

What percentage of the interest do I get to keep, or do you get it all?

With each transaction, there is a fee charged to Woje. We have tried our best to eliminate as much of the cost as possible. Our goal is to allow you to keep as much profit as possible. For this reason, Woje has made it possible for you to keep 100% of each original contract balance along with 88.17% of the interest.

Can I have more than one person trained in our office?

Yes, you can. Each person will need to register for the training.

 Is there online training?

As live training continues, some will be recorded and added to your back office at www.wojeinc.com.

Can I receive personal one-on-one training or the ability to train my team privately?

Yes. You can request personal training via the Facebook group or contacting us through team@wojeinc.com. Be sure to put “PRIVATE TRAINING” in the subject line. Pricing is subject to the number of people trained and in which aspects, ie. Sales, Collection, Software, Accounting, etc.

Does my bank know that you are on my account?

Woje is not on your account.  Transactions will electronically be deposited or withdrawn according to the terms and conditions set out at www.wojemoney.com.

Can I do this if I only use a credit union?

Woje can be used with a bank or credit union.

How do I report this on my taxes?

We are continually working with accountants and financial advisors to help ensure the best reporting. Contact your accountant to find out how best to apply to your taxes. 

Will this work if I am just an LLC, or do I need to be incorporated?

Sole proprietor, Limited Liability, Partnership, S Corp, C Corp, Non-Profit will all work.

Are there updated training classes?

The video training courses will continue to be updated as live events are scheduled. Currently, live training will be twice a day, two to four days per week.

How many of my clients can Woje help me collect from? Is there a limit?

Woje is not a collection company. It is a collection deterrent. Woje employees do not handle collections before or after you are using the system. The protocols, process, and training within Woje are to help deter collections. Through Woje, the process of collecting becomes an easy, productive, and beneficial portion of your business.

Capturing funds which used to be difficult to collect is some of the training within www.wojeinc.com. There are specific protocols linked to the contract which allow alteration of interest and alteration of payment size.

The contract is alterable in some respects. The financial terms are roughly a page long.

Does Woje have a license to do business in other states besides Utah?

Currently, Woje is based out of Utah. With it being an online system you can use Woje to facilitate your finance contracts from anywhere in the world as long as you and your customer use a bank or credit union within the United States banking system 

Can Woje help outside of the US market?

Currently Only businesses and their customers who use the US banking system

What if I use a financing company currently?

That’s great! Use them when you need cash and let them make the interest! When you are ready to finance, let the finance company tell you which clients have great credit scores. If you are doing well financially, that is the time to break into earning interest.

Are there tax benefits to using Woje?

Depending on if you use a cash or accrual basis there can be amazing tax benefit. Always consult a professional to receive the best tax benefits.
