I have been there...

I started my first online business in 2009 because I wanted to help other homeschool moms like me.
With no clue what I was doing, I started limping along make a few hundred dollars here and there.
It was money for ballet lessons and pizza nights

When the recession hit our family in 2010 and my husband lost his job (and our main income)
my business took a turn. The little money I was making wasn't even close to paying our bills.

One morning a man pulled into our driveway, got out and began taking pictures of our home.
We realized it was our mortgage company about to start foreclosure.

I cried and panicked. With no jobs available in our tiny seaside town, and 2 young girls home-
I was freaking out. I didn't want to put them in school so I could find a job (if there was even a job to find!)
I didn't want to lose our home and have to move.
I was scared.

How did I turn it around?

When the panic subsided, I decided to take action and "do" something to help our family.
I had recently listened to a webinar on how to create a teleseminar series
but had given up on taking the $997 class since - we certainly didn't have that lying around.
I called a friend and met her for coffee and explained everything. She amazingly agreed to loan me the money for the class!
