I help people (adults!) who are already working their butt off find more joy and ease. Today. Without working any harder.
I’m a social worker, psychotherapist, and clinical-coach from Annapolis, MD. And I help adults use play to find more joy and ease in their life.
Play teaches us to take risks that matter, trust ourselves, embrace mistakes, trust the process, and get more creative within our life.
The drive and need for play is natural in all of us. And while we need it for survival, it fades away under the pressures of adulthood. When we reconnect with it, we find ourselves coming back to it again and again because it’s fun, interesting, and fulfilling.
