Tanya is such a pro. She is supportive, motivating kind and tailor her sessions to your own needs and goals. Her session are just the right level of challenging. I started Pilates for the first time after having a baby, I had lots of hip mobility issues after pregnancy ahd the road to recovery felt like a steep one. With Tanya’s guidance and support, my body is much strong than it was before pregnancy. I couldn’t recommend her sessions enough.
Tanya is fantastic at pinpointing what you need to help your body, as well as tailoring each session to your needs/wants at the time. My classes have been 1:1 or 2: in the studio at her house and always relaxed, fun and you feel it the next day! Would highly recommend her. I started due to having Diastasis Recti and it made a huge difference.
