As first responders, General Practitioners (GPs) and Psychologists are the heroes of the mental health crisis, in the same way that Fire Fighters are the heroes of a bushfire crisis. In both cases, we are not taught about prevention and how to tend our garden and cull the over-burden of debris.

Society’s mental health crisis is a social crisis in unhealthy, unstructured thinking first and foremost. One of the greatest gifts that you can give someone is the power to think, be happy and realise their potential.
