We all express and receive love differently, and those differences could be the reason why feelings and good intentions sometimes get lost in translation. You might be familiar with the concept of “love languages,”. There are five love languages describe different ways that people receive and express love in a relationship, but did you know that neurodivergent love languages are different from neurotypical love languages?
Understanding individual preferences for receiving and giving love could result in more considerate interactions, better connectivity and happier, healthier platonic and romantic relationships.
The following topics will be covered in this 60-minute session:
- What is a love language and how does knowing your love language help your relationships?
- Comparing Neurotypical and Neurodivergent Love Languages.
- The 5 Neurodivergent Love Languages in Detail.
- Common assumptions and challenges: how to build better connectivity, reciprocity, attachment and security.
NOTE: This event is INTERACTIVE. This means you will be invited to respond to discussion questions, share your experience, give your opinion, and, of course, ask questions of your own! (all participation is voluntary)
