You're playing a high-stakes game if you don't have the waiver. Participants may point fingers, claiming damages based on collaborations, recommendations, or interactions during the workshop. Without the waiver of liability, the legal responsibility falls on your shoulders

How do I use it?

Have everyone participating in the retreat sign this document. Make it mandatory for anyone who participates to sign this before you allow them to join.

Here is what happens once you purchase:

1. You will receive two emails. One with our Client Welcome form to officially become a client (if you are an existing client you can disregard this). The 2nd email will be to fill out a form specific to the agreement you're purchasing. This is required for us to get to work on drafting your agreement!
 

2. A lawyer from our team will be in touch with you in 24 hours of your filling out the form to guide you through the next steps. The average time it takes a client to fill out the second form is under 11 minutes. We know your time is valuable.
