Hand Chi Mindful Mediation
Use this on-minute exercise any time you feel stressed, anxious, or fatigued.
- Put your attention on palm of your right hand
- Trace from the base of your hand up one of your fingers while breathing in.
- Pause.
- Trace down your hand while breathing out.
- Repeat for each finger.
- Repeat with your other hand.
- Put your hands together.
- Namaste
