Jeff Fore

President / CEO

Coach Fore has over 30 years of coaching experience at the high school, college and professional level. Coach Fore currently serves as the Athletic Director at Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis, Mo. In addition to his coaching and administrative experience, he also served as the Director of Domestic and International Recruiting at NCSA, where he has evaluated thousands of athletes in various sports and helped them understand the recruiting process and find the right fit.

Bobby Earhart

VP Recruitng Education

Coach Earhart has over 27 years of College Football Coaching experience at Penn State, Rutgers, Western Michigan, Cornell, UMass, and Buffalo. His passion for helping qualified student-athletes find the right fit is core to what makes him great. Coach Earhart enjoys spending time with families and helping them understand and navigate the recruiting process. The great thing is Coach is not going to tell you what you want to hear, he is going to tell you what you need to hear.

Caz Kosciolek

VP Evaluations

Coach Kosciolek brings over 19 years of Collegiate Coaching experience at both Division I and Division II. He was also an All-American QB at the University of New Haven. In addition to his outstanding coaching and playing career, he has also provided recruiting evaluations for ESPN, Hudl, and NCSA. He has also served as a Director for Rivals Camps, and in addition to helping kids and families find great homes, he is currently a replay official for the ACC Conference.
