CPC Finance is a finance broker who specialises in sourcing property funding throughout the UK.
We engage with investors to help you grow your portfolio and maximise the return on your investments. We are dedicated to completing every case we take on and will always endeavour to progress each application until funding is in place, including liaising with solicitors.
As finance specialists, we have extensive industry knowledge and strong lender relationships. We process mortgage applications from the start through to completion. Our team is here to support you every step of the way to help secure the correct property finance as efficiently as possible.

Step 4: Progression - We use our longstanding relationships with our lenders to ensure that your application for property finance is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Step 5: Completion - We are dedicated to completing every case we take on and we will always endeavour to progress each application until the funding is in place including chasing the solicitors.
