Shannon Doyle is the senior instructor for Docent Education and she's built 2 large brokerages in 2 different markets and been a licensed agent since 2007. Her mission is to help as many fellow brokerage owners as possible to achieve new levels of success with their brokerages and provide the best tools possible for their teams.

Shannon failed at real estate after her first 6 months in the business and then turned things around to become highly successful. She also struggled and made a lot of mistakes as a new brokerage owner back in 2010. Her goal is to help new agents have immediate success and help brokerage owners make fewer mistakes and become better business owners and leaders.
