This is a really powerful session where I provide intuitive guidance, coaching & healing. It's designed to uplift & energise your system as well as give you some clarity and direction in and around your life. 

The session begins with a quick chat about how you're feeling, so we can get really intentional about what you need right now. We then cleanse your auric field with sage as you relax into a one-hour energy healing. I draw on a range of beautiful modalities including Energy Healing, light coding, Reiki & Channeling to improve the energy flow in & around the body, realign your chakras, move stuck & blocked energy and allow space for higher vibrational energy to come in! 

At the conclusion of your energy healing you get to enjoy a beautiful sound healing intuitively channeled for you to help raise your vibrational frequency and nourish you. 

We then get to enjoy some yummy herbal tea whilst we move into your soul guidance session, where I provide intuitive guidance in and around your life. I may receive messages from loved ones who have passed, lessons from past lives or messages directly from your spirit team about your highest path.You're also most welcome to ask questions as well! 

We explore where you might be looping, feeling stuck or if some of what your experiencing may be linked to a past life. This session is about helping you walk away feeling restored, rejuvenated and at peace with some tools to take away to implement in your life for lasting change.

As energetic beings, we all operate on a vibrational frequency, but often things like alcohol, poor diet, anxiety, stress & overwhelm lower our energetic frequency. An Energy healing helps restore balance and equilibrium back into the mind, body and soul. 

It's a beautiful session if you just need space to energetically recharge. We begin with cleansing your auric field with sage, then we dive into the energy healing and finish off with a nourishing sound healing where you are bathed in the high frequency of the crystal bowls. 

Rebalance your energy, let go of stress and tension and relax as you melt into and receive the incredible healing properties & energy activations of Reiki combined with the incredible nervous system support of the Crystal Singing bowls.

This is for the woman who feels lost, numb & disconnected in her life right now and desires to feel happier, present and in greater alignment with her wants, needs & desires. This session is about:

Session 1 - 90 minutes

In session one we begin by having a chat about you and what you desire for our 3 sessions together. Afterwards, you get to enjoy a deep healing as I draw on lots of different healing modalities to change the stored trauma and energy in the body.

Whilst you relax and rejuvanate I receive intuitively guided messages from your spirit team, soul & higher self about how your energy is operating, what the nervous system is doing and where the energy is getting stuck and bound in the body. You will then be bathed in a beautiful sound healing to realign your chakras, drop deeper into a more peaceful state and feel energetically uplifted.

In the second half of the session, we sit down for a cup of warm herbal tea in front of the fireplace as I share with you what came through. It's also an opportunity to ask me any questions you might have. I then give you empowering practices & tools to start implementing so you can start to reconnect to the authentic version of yourself and realign your life so you feel happier, less stressed & more energised.. 

Session 2- 90 Minutes

Two weeks after your first session, we meet again to chat about how you're feeling and what came up after your last session.

in this session we are focusing on the parts of you that are keeping you safe, stuck and stagnant. We do some nervous sytem mapping, we create awareness around the patterns, conditioning and stress, and we finish off the session with an energy healing to change the stored energy  held in the body so you can move forward in your life. Nourishing devotional tools are also given to make greater shifts.  

Session 3 - 90 Minutes

Two weeks after your second session, we meet again to learn the basics of manifesting. We have now  created the spaciousness through healing & releasing to make way for new waves of creative energy to come in. This is when you get to be very intentional with what you want, dream & desire for your life. In this session you will learn the basics of manifesting and how to plant the seeds of what you want in your life and how to make them happen! 

We finish our time together with an uplifting & energising 45 minute energy healing & integration to activate you into your next level potential and plant your beautiful seeds of desire into your heart portal.
