PHASE 1:  DISCOVERY

Which means we have unique obstacles holding us back and a unique vision for what we want in life.

 

That's why we help you find the root cause of your obstacles.

 

We encourage a full exploration of your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing so you'll see exactly where your obstacles are coming from.

 

And we do this by observing your life experience... your habits... and the internal wiring that makes you 'tick'.

 

That helps us identify and assess any issues that could be holding you back so you can 'upgrade' them.

 

And that begins in phase 2…

 

PHASE 2:  RESET

 

We reorganise and retune where you are now to ensure it serves as a solid foundation to where you want to be.

 

This is where perceptions shift and habits change.

 

Any past burdens are discharged and you hit reset on your emotional and physical state, limiting thoughts and behaviours.

 

We do this through recalibrating your inner dialogue and belief systems to serve what you want.

 

Not only that, we will guide you on lifestyle factors which could be affecting your progress.

All sessions are between 30-90minutes and you will be assigned at least 1 task to complete.

 

The task will be agreed upon by you to ensure it fits with your existing commitments and is realistic.

12-Months is a long time, what if I want a break?

We’ve designed this programme to ensure you get respite you need. 


We’ll discuss this on our first call so you can rest knowing how flexible this programme can be.

How much dedicated support will I have throughout the 12-months?
