Hey, I'm Emma Fowler
Award Winning Colourist
I have been in education most of my hairdressing career, starting as an in-salon trainer, then working for two of the leading brands before moving on to being an Independent Educator.
My education helps hairdressers gain confidence in the new era of modern colouring techniques like Balayage and Colour Melting.
Based in my studio in Essex, for my Masterclasses, I also have lots of online education.
My passion is all things colour (particularly blondes) and I also enjoy sharing my knowledge of growing two successful businesses.

When does the mastermind start?
We get started in April. The 2 education days are Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th July.
What if I miss the trainings?
Emma's Balayage Essentials and The Colour Confidence Programme are both saved into the Members Area for lifetime access. The other meetings will not be recorded. If you are unable to attend any in-person sessions there is no alternative.
I don't live in Essex
Most of the trainings are online, the 2 days are at Emma's studio. Travel and accommodation are not included in the programme but we are on hand to help you with anything you need.
I don’t use the same brands as you
Don’t worry you do not need to use the same brands as me to join the mastermind, I have to use certain brands on the courses but I will always tell you why I’m using it and what else you can use. I use a lot of bleach and demi permanent colour so you can use any brand to create the techniques from the course.
