My Approach

We think we know ourselves very well until we ask those around us how they see us. The number one response I always receive is that I am a kind, caring, compassionate person, who does not let my clients get away with anything. Don’t let that fool you though, I am also known as someone who holds her clients accountable to their dreams, desires, and goals. I know there is ALWAYS a solution to any situation, we just have to find it.

Before becoming a Coach, I had a 40+ year career in Retail. Being the top Sales Manager, increasing store profits from 20 to 50%. Managing large teams, reviewing P&L statements, and developing staff members to achieve their highest aspirations within their careers. All of this prepared me to become an independent business owner.

The Entreprenurial Spirt bit me in 2012. Since that time I have developed a passion to assist other small business owners to Monetize their Skillsets and Maximize their Profits.
