Not to worry. We've got you covered as each live session will be recorded and the replay posted later that day in the private FB group we'll be using for communication and Q & A during the challenge.
Short answer, no. We'll be discussing one primary gene per day, explaining how it works, and how you can make lifestyle changes to impact that gene's expression.
Whether or not you know your coding for that gene won't impact the types of changes you can implement and the positive benefits you can experience.
If, however, you've had your DNA tested through Ancestry, 23andMe or DNA Allure, feel free to download your raw data from the site and bring your results to the sessions. You'll then be able to know your particular coding for the genes we'll be covering.
