Can I open and close my mouth while wearing a ZQuiet®?

Is the ZQuiet® mouthpiece hard to fit?
ZQuiet® was specially designed to fit nearly everyone. No boiling or molding is required—just use it exactly as provided. If needed, you can trim your ZQuiet® with small scissors to improve fit and comfort. After trimming, use a fingernail file or emery board to smooth any rough edges and avoid irritation to the gums.
What material is ZQuiet® made from and is it safe?
ZQuiet® is made from a thermoplastic elastomer designed for FDA compliance. The material has passed rigorous consumer safety testing and does not contain latex or BPA (Bisphenol A).
Can I use ZQuiet® with dentures?
No. Do not use ZQuiet® if you have full dentures.
Will there be any jaw soreness?
The average person requires an adjustment period of a few hours to a few weeks to reach maximum comfort. During this period you may feel some discomfort, but this should disappear shortly after removing the ZQuiet® mouthpiece. Moving the jaw forward is what quiets the snoring; and this movement requires some initial conditioning of your jaw muscles.
How do I clean my ZQuiet®?
You may clean your ZQuiet® device in warm water with mild dish soap. For best results, use a toothbrush; however, do not use toothpaste, as it tends to discolor and alter the surface of the device. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap prior to storage.
How do I store my ZQuiet®?
The golden rule is that you store your clean ZQuiet® in the supplied case. This ensures that it will retain its shape and also will prevent accidental damage.

How do I return ZQuiet?
To return your ZQuiet®, simply contact customer service by email at info@zquietcanada.com or via our Customer Help Desk prior to the end of your 30-night trial period to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We’ll get back to you with the return address, an RMA number and instructions on processing your return within 1-3 business days. Return Requests are handled exclusively through email or our Customer Help Desk – we can NOT provide an RMA number or process returns by phone.
All returns must be shipped via Canada Post at the buyers' expense to the address provided in the RMA. We do not accept returns in person or by any other carrier or courier service. Please note that orders returned after the return date specified in the RMA are subject to a $10 administration fee that will be deducted from the applicable refund.
