another via co-regulation.

to do it anyway, we simply can not access the safety, well-being and ease we are meant

to have until we find it within ourselves while connected with a trusted source.

This imperative biological need has been neglected in our society

and we can shift this now, for ourselves and each other.

This is why this 6 month discovery circle has been created,

to hold you, us, as we heal and evolve, and we gain access to our

natural birth right of stabilty, ease and love.

About Your Host

Viraja Prema, Ph.Dc HHP is an International Speaker, Love and Intimacy Coach, Healing Facilitator and Mother of two. She leads with compassion, empathy, direct experience, wisdom, intuition and love (sprinkled with playfulness).

She has spent over 15,000 hours helping thousands of people in the fields of personal growth and development, intimacy and relating, healing and empowerment, spirituality and awakening.

Viraja’s exceptional ability to guide and hold space has come from over 30 years of experience in coaching, healing and specialized transformational group facilitation.

Community: Opportunity to be together with a group of women who know similar struggles and also have the desire for more love. These women want to understand themselves more, learn, grow and love who they are. Through connection with others, we can co-regulate. This is an essential human need. Only when we get the proper co-regulation can we self-regulate from a place of well-being. This is a place to receive, so sustainable access to self-love can be achieved.
Container: 6 month discovery circle created and held for safety, accountability, transformation, awakening and fun.
Care: Receive trauma informed, attuned, loving guidance, support and compassionate care, one on one and in the group. Throughout, you will be welcomed as you are, held, guided and loved. You will have one on one private sessions with Viraja. group classes, group retreats and connection opportunities with the ladies in the group .
Compassion: Essential ingredient. The only way to the heart that has been hurt, scared, abandoned, betrayed, forgotten, lost, is through connection, compassionate and present, loving connection.
Creativity: The group energy, field of infinite intelligence and feminine inspiration will be tuned into throughout the program. Spaciousness will be created to listen and respond to the spontaneous and creative arising, as well as play with our creativity in specific exercises.
Confidentiality: Issues of the heart are very personal as well as vulnerable. This support program is committed to supporting your opening, trust and safety. Those that are in this program need to be committed to this as well, for all of us. While the emotional content and personal space traveled in this program by each individual remains to be discovered, each person must be in agreement to only share their own experience with others outside of the program.
Content: The content of this program comes from an essential outline and inspiration from the group needs and collective field. All will be infused with fresh, vibrant, Grade A organic LOVE via Viraja and the team.
