I understand that I am attending informational calls and am not asking for or receiving legal advice. Mr. Light is not my attorney, nor acting as an attorney. I take full responsibility for my decisions, actions and any legal, physical, mental or emotional outcomes. If I wish to have legal advice I will consult an attorney in my County or State.

I understand that Duane Light cannot guarantee the actions or decisions of attorneys, mediators, arbitrators, judges, IRS or other government personnel, or anyone else. He cannot guarantee any outcome for my legal or life conflict issue.

I hereby waive, for myself and my family, heirs or representatives, any possible claim against Duane Light, the Empower Your Case! offerings, or Peace in the Law in regard to any decision that I make or harm that I believe I have experienced, now or in the future. I take full self-responsibility for my well-being.

I understand that all content of Mr. Light’s teaching and coaching is Copyrighted to Duane Light and Peace in the Law. It cannot legally be shared, copied or sold to anyone. Mr. Light would have the right to sue and recover attorneys’ fees from anyone who doesn’t honor the copyright.  More importantly, I understand that I am protecting confidentiality for myself and other participants.
