Registration for the conference is required before submitting your application.
Vendor Agreement
All vending payments are final and non-refundable. Vendor fee is $100.00. In order to become a vendor you must first register for the conference.
Premises: Operator warrants that the premises shall be left in its original condition as upon arrival. This includes picking up trash at and around Operator's premises.
Set up and Departure: Operator shall set up its vendor table in accordance with the rules set by Eddie Connor Enterprises in tandem with the host convention center staff. Set up will begin at 9:00 am on Saturday, August 10th and conclude at 4:00 pm to ensure that the premises are clean and returned to its original condition before the close of business at 4:00 pm. Tables shall be ready to begin operation by 9:30 am. Spaces are standard in size (6ft) unless otherwise stated and additional space is paid for.
Vendor Table Rules: Vendor table assignments are made by Eddie Connor Enterprises on operational and space requirements of the event. Therefore, Eddie Connor Enterprises reserves the right to refuse any application. Vendors must be checked in and materials placed in the assigned space during the designated set up time. Failure to set up during designated times, improper removal of equipment and/or items from event grounds, or changing table locations will cause for removal of vendor. All merchandise should be clearly marked. Vendor table fee is for space. Vendor tables are for individual vendors and may not be shared. Vendors can supply one (1) additional table for vending use during the conference for a $50.00 one-time fee.
Hours of Operation: Vending is not permitted during sessions or services. Vendor hours are from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Sales: All vendors are individually responsible for the collection and payment of state and local sales taxes. Sales are the endeavors of the vendor and consumers. Vendor shall sell to Customer and the Customer shall purchase from the Vendor. Access Identity Conference in tandem with Eddie Connor Enterprises shall not be held liable for any and all transactions in which the Vendor or Customer should have a complaint. All disagreements are devoid of Access Identity Conference and Eddie Connor Enterprises.
Force Majeure: Access Identity Conference in tandem with Eddie Connor Enterprises shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of any part of this agreement to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, explosion, embargo, government requirement, act of God, or other similar causes beyond its control and without the fault or negligence of the delayed or non-performing party.
The Vendor shall be considered an independent contractor. This vendor agreement does not establish an employer/employee relationship between Access Identity Conference in tandem with Eddie Connor Enterprises, and Vendor and no such agreement shall be established at any time.
Access Identity Conference reserves the right to remove any vendor not abiding by program rules or failure to follow the instructions of official representatives of Eddie Connor Enterprises. There are no refunds.
