Refund Policy

LIFE LAUNCH, INC., is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service. We want you to feel secure and comfortable doing business with us. Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products and services immediately upon purchase, there is a generous 30-day full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase of most of our products, with the exception of any special/limited discount for all products which have a zero refund policy. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time from any future billing.

For our Live events, a refund policy applies as long as notice is given at least 5 days prior to the event. Sadly, this means that tickets purchased within 5 days of the event cannot be refunded.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased, you may contact the founder, Jill Avery: Jill@lifelaunch.us  within 14 days of the purchase and we will look into your request.
