Booking Specific Policies

 

Event Closing Times:

    All retreats (longer than 2 days/1 night) close 10 days prior to the opening date 

    Short retreats (2 day & 1 day events) close the day prior to the event

    Workshops (few hours, etc) close when event starts

 

Payments:

    Deposit for retreat is the only way to officially reserve a space on a retreat.

        Deposit is required at time of booking - online or on the phone with credit card.

        Verbal commitments do not guarantee a spot on the retreat.

    

    Deposits for retreats (3+ days) are $300

    Deposits for mini- yoga retreats are $100/person

    Reiki Training deposits are $100/person + $50/person for the retreat 

    Deposits for all other events are 33% of full-price event 

        If discount is given deposit is based off of full list price 

 

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. 

~ If you cannot make it to a retreat or event, and let us know at least 30 days prior to the retreat, your deposit will be held for 2 years and can be used for a future retreat or training. After 2 years they will be automatically donated to Yoga Inbody's scholarship fund. 

~ Transfer of a deposit to a different event is allowed only if transferred 30 days prior to retreat starting date. Once within 1 month of the retreat transfer to a different event is not allowed as final payment is due. 

~Transfer of your deposit to another individual is allowed. If transferred the deposit is only good for the event the deposit was originally made for. 

~ In the case of a postponed or canceled retreat due to circumstances out of our control, your deposit will be good for the same retreat when it is rescheduled in the future.

~ Transferable deposits must be used for the same retreat or event  and cannot be applied towards a different Yoga Inbody or Inbody Expeditions experience.  

 

Final Balance Payments 

Final balance payment is due 30 days prior to retreat opening date

All final balance payments are non-refundable

        They are transferable to another individual for the same event

        They are not transferable to another event 

 

In the rare case that a retreat is postponed due to reasons outside of Yoga Inbody's control, final balance payments will be applied to the retreat when it is rescheduled. 

If a retreat or event is canceled because minimum number of students has not been met, final balance and deposits will be refunded.  

 

 Yoga Inbody accepts cash, checks, Paypal, Venmo and major credit cards. 

All final balance payments will be charged an additional 3% fee if using a credit card or PayPal. We prefer checks as it keeps fees down.  Thank you for understanding.

 

Any deposits or final balance payments that cannot be used will be applied to Yoga Inbody’s scholarship fund.  This fund was created to build a community that is about helping others.
