Before meeting Irene I had tried every diet/illumination process to try heal my gut/digestive issues. Just after 4 weeks working with Irene I am feeling bloody incredible. I am beyond grateful for Irene and everything she has done for my former sad gut. This week I've been feeling a little heavier only because of Period coming but feeling so much better. I've seen such a substantial difference in my general shape of my body, I avoid scales but I can see a difference for sure and so exciting to see a change in it (so glad I didn't listen to all those people that said you just get fat after 25). My anxiety has completely gone, apart from my day to day anxiety, which is non existent, there's been so many circumstances where I would have been beyond nervous and anxious for which I wasn't at all, for example went for a meeting with a recruitment agency and had to do around 4 difference test and i wasn't nervous or anxious in the slightest! My dermatitis had completely gone pretty much. My asthma has gotten better. How great I've felt has definitely made me wonder how long my gut has been unhappy with and having a happy mind again is so so nice and everyday. This was an absolutely amazing experience for my body and mind . In the beginning I was a bit afraid how possible it is for me to cut gluten and especially coffee out of my daily routine. In the first 3 days it was a bit of a challenge and quite difficult to get used to that. Also in the first 2 to 3 days I got a bad headache and felt really tired. For that the one to one with Irene was very helpful for any questions I had. I had to realise that my body was super happy after the first 3 days with all the healthy foods in my life. I found out that cheese and gluten made such a big difference to it and I work better when Im not eating those foods. Luckily I did the 10 days without coffee but I was so happy to get back to my daily coffee cup in the morning. I just love coffee too much. But all the other things I kept doing even after the 10 days detox. I just feel so much more active and my mind is just so balanced. I never thought that food influences so much. Also a positive side effect was that I lost 2kg. I absolutely can just recommend Irenes program, she’s amazing! I already signed up for the 21 Mojo reset and can’t wait to get my mindset balanced even further.

Thank you Irene for formulating this 10 day detox, it was so easy to follow and didn’t at all feel like I was missing out on anything , so lovely to eat whole foods . I was a bit nervous and anxious to start the MINI MOJO RESET (10 Day Detox Program), I was not sure if I could stick to it.
The reason I signed up was for general Health and to detox after Xmas and New Year.
I felt it was pretty easy to stick to. We did planning and shopping in advance. Reading the next day menu helped to make sure I had everything.

The biggest change I have notice since starting the Detox is the weight loss and I didn’t do it for the weight loss but I lost nearly 5 kilos. After 3 days I noticed my reflux had disappeared and the next day my annoying couch I had for a long time had gone also. I noticed I sleep much better and stopped snoring. I was surprised how good I felt and how much energy I had and how clear my head felt. If you considering doing this Detox, I highly recommend doing it. If I can anyone can. Just give it a try, commit and be organized. The content and support was fantastic. Irene is always only an email away with lots of encouragement and ideas.

I enjoyed meeting Irene for the first time in one of our 1-on-1 coaching, she made me feel very relax and at ease.

Irene is also very down to earth and sensible and realistic with her suggestions which I found very nice and I was able to put things in place from day one.
