The NaturAlly YOU course is a comprehensive, holistic system to help you identify and heal the root cause of your gut health condition(s) - and therefore heal your whole body, mind and soul. Today, I want to help you discover that wellness also starts in the gut and that you can really feel amazing by unlocking 7 secrets to your ultimate health and well-being.

My 7 Secrets

NaturAlly YOU is an introductory course to NaturAlly Fed's system: an approach to healing the root cause of your gut health conditions that explores and addresses our seven human needs through a variety of knowledge, practices, nutrition, and rituals that influence our chakras  (an energy system that has been used around the world for millennia to help people heal and feel amazing). All of this is translated and presented by Fed and his army of colleagues and experts all over the world.

  • Secret #1 -  Certainty

    We address our behaviour around relaxation and rest, breathing and hydration. We learn to fear less and love more.

  • Secret #2 - Variety

    We acknowledge  the environment around us in relation to sex and fertility, fitness and movement. We learn to complain less and appreciate more.

  • Secret #3 - Significance

    We challenge our attitude towards nutrition and detox, cleansing and courage. We learn to watch less and do more.

  • Secret #4 - Connection

    We expand our capabilities to maintain fulfilling relationships, and to practise gratitude and compassion. We learn to judge less and accept more.

  • Secret #5 - Contribution

    We evaluate our beliefs around therapies and remedies and improve our communication. We learn to talk less and listen more.

  • Secret #6 - Growth

    We develop our values around personal development, self worth and intuition. We learn to frown less and smile more.

  • Secret #7 - Love

    We accept our true identity through mindfulness, spirituality and meditation. We learn to think less and feel more.

COURSE CONTENT


The course is divided into 7 sessions over 7 weeks.

Each session addresses one of the 7 human needs alongside one of the chakras, to create a unique system to heal your body, mind and soul.

 

Secret #1 - Certainty

We learn to fear less and love more.

 

This first webinar will focus on how certainty is connected to your Root Chakra - it is all about your need to feel secure and safe about the future. When you receive positive recognition, it may be accompanied by a need for certainty that the recognition is authentic and will continue. In order to live a life filled with certainty, your life has to stay the same – a nearly impossible expectation to fulfil. So, you artificially control your environment by changing your expectations or by avoiding new situations or people. This process provides you with assurance that your actions will either avoid pain or gain pleasure, which then fulfils the basic human need for certainty.

 

During this stage of learning we address our behaviour - the way that we react to what life throws at us.

 

We practise different ways to help us relax more and to improve our sleep, we learn how to breathe properly and we develop an appreciation for the importance of keeping ourselves hydrated at a cellular level.

 

Secret #2 - Variety

We learn to complain less and appreciate more.

 

Another human need – which opposes the first one – is the need for variety and uncertainty, which we address through the Sacral Chakra. At the same time as we want certainty, we also crave change, excitement and new stimuli. Variety makes us feel alive and engaged. Many project managers work in change management because of the inherent variety it provides. Projects are temporary by nature, and the uncertainty is for the most part tolerable because we know when the project is expected to end and what might happen afterwards. Too much uncertainty, however, will bring us fear, while not enough will cause boredom. People with a big need for variety may come across as risk-takers and may also seek out conflict and crisis situations to make them feel alive.

 

We acknowledge the environment around us in relation to sex and fertility, fitness and movement.

 

We practise gentle yet effective ways to move our body through yoga, dance and other approaches to improving our level of fitness and general well-being. We also explore our sexuality and our approach to healthy and passionate sexual relations as well as balancing our hormones and improving our fertility. 

Secret #3 - Significance

We learn to watch less and do more.

 

Deep down, we all need to feel important, unique and special. This translates into a desire to be seen, heard and listened to – in short, you want to be noticed. We want our life and our work to have meaning, importance and significance - virtues well known to our Solar Plexus. Imagine how uncomfortable it would be to work on a project that is not needed and no one cares about. We can fulfil our need for significance and importance in many ways, positive as well as negative. One vehicle is by becoming a high achiever or by having many people report to us because it makes us feel important, special and wanted. That may also show up as being overly competitive and performance driven. Another, rather poor way to get this need satisfied is to put other people down and to elevate ourselves so that we feel we are better than others. We can also signal our uniqueness and difference through particular clothes or unusual hobbies.

 

We challenge our attitude towards plant-based and cruelty-free nutrition, as well as discovering the importance of supporting our body detox and eliminate unecessary matter, as well as emotions. We will understand how we can use different types of cleanses.

 

We will also explore courage, the role it plays in our life and how we can deploy more courage in the choices we make around our health and well-being and in life in general.

Secret #4 - Connection

We learn to judge less and accept more.

 

People need love, and this can lead to some incredibly fulfilling relationships – but it can also cause you to sacrifice self-care in order to take care of others or maintain a partnership - all ruled by our Heart Chakra. Everybody strives for a level of connection and affiliation with people around them and wants to feel part of a larger community. We want to be loved and cared for and we want a feeling of closeness or union with like-minded people – be it friends, family, colleagues, members of a club or an online community. The need for love and connection is based on blending in and wanting to belong and be similar to others in the group. 

 

We expand our capabilities to maintain fulfilling relationships, and to practise gratitude and compassion.

 

We practise this gratitude and compassion in our daily life and find ways to deepen our connection with other people and to improve the relationships that matter to us, as well as terminating those that no longer serve us or that hold us back. 

Secret #5 - Contribution

We learn to talk less and listen more.

 

The Throat Chakra relates to the desire to make a difference and to contribute to a greater good. This is the need to help, serve and support someone or something bigger than ourselves in a meaningful way. As human beings we have a desire to contribute something of value, whether that is manifested through community, family, society or the project work that we do. Some projects have a very worthy cause and may help to make the world a better place to live, or at least they will have an impact on someone or something else. But when we are head-down managing the detail, we may not always see it. Very few people are mindful of how this aspect can help fulfil one of their most basic needs.

 

We evaluate our beliefs around therapies and remedies and improve our communication. 

Secret #6 - Growth

We learn to frown less and smile more.

 

As human beings we all have a need to grow and expand in our personal and professional lives. Many people’s goal is to reach a certain position, a financial target or a particular lifestyle, but when they get there, they become stagnant and unhappy because they are no longer growing. They have reached a plateau, and although there are no apparent reasons for why they need to learn and develop, they have an intrinsic desire for doing so. People are most happy when they feel they are making progress guided by their Third Eye Chakra. We all need something to strive for, something that will challenge us to grow and expand emotionally, spiritually, physically, financially and intellectually.

 

We develop our values around personal development, self worth and intuition.

Secret #7 - Love 

We learn to think less and feel more.

 

Spirituality is an integral component of healing and expressed through the Crown Chakra. It is a source of strength in the presence of distress. It is at the heart of our well-being and enriches all the aspects of our life: physical, mental, emotional, and relational. Every human being needs spiritual resources to help heal the painful wounds of grief, guilt, resentment, unforgiveness, self-rejection, and shame. We also need spiritual resources to deepen our experiences of trust, self-esteem, hope, joy and love of life. 

Spirituality means different things to different people.  Religion and faith might be part of someone’s spirituality, but spirituality isn’t always religious. Everyone has spiritual needs throughout their lives whether they follow a religion or not. Spiritual needs can include:

  • the need for meaning and purpose in our lives
  • the need to love and feel loved
  • the need to feel a sense of belonging
  • the need to feel hope, peace and gratitude.  

We accept our true identity through mindfulness, spirituality and meditation. 

 

Spirituality is linked to many important aspects of human functioning—spiritual people have positive relationships, high self-esteem, are optimistic, and have meaning and purpose in life. Spiritual people self-actualise through praying more, meditating more, attending gatherings of like-minded believers more often and joining a prayer or meditation.

WHY ATTEND?


We all share the same needs (my seven secrets). Some of them might sound quite obvious - we know we need love without having to think. But how do we make sure we give each need the right nourishment? How do we pay attention to all of these things? Make sure we have the right diet while growing and connecting, yet feeling certain and connected to our spirutality?

 

It can be a complicated balancing act!

 

Different needs will make themselves known at different times in our lives. Often, this is when we feel some kind of imbalance in this area. These needs won't go away - no matter what you do!

 

So let's address them, but in the most healthful ways. Don't let your needs drive your behaviour. Switch it around: take control and behave in a way that addresses your needs!

 

It requires conscious attention and regular maintenance, but tending to your needs - like tending to a budding garden - is so worth it when it all comes together and you bloom.
