Melody Lovvorn
Executive Director
Melody is a dedicated Relationship and Trauma-Informed Recovery Coach with over 15 years of experience working in the non-profit sector and ministry, supporting women, men, and families in crises. Her greatest accomplishment, as a mother to four recent college graduates, is bringing a deep understanding of personal experience, resilience and transformation to her work. Melody is passionate about using the halftime of her life to see the Gospel shared to the ends of the earth. Through her coaching and ministry, she strives to bring hope, healing, and restoration to individuals and families while pointing them to the transforming power of Christ. Her heart beats to see lives changed and faith ignited across Israel and the globe.
Dr. William Grigsby
Chief Financial Officer
Bill has over 16 years of experience as a Business and Nonprofit Consultant. He specializes in helping organizations navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable growth by providing tailored strategies in strategic planning, operational efficiency, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement. Leveraging my PhD and MBA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and Business Administration, Bill brings deep expertise to startups, nonprofits, and established businesses seeking to enhance impact, scale operations, or optimize performance. His passion lies in empowering organizations to thrive and maximize their impact.
Leslie Wiles
Executive Assistant
Leslie loves God, nature, and the beauty of being outdoors. She is passionate about helping others and has walked alongside individuals facing challenges such as suicide, alcoholism, and abuse. Leslie brings unique skills in organization, processes, and product development, making her an invaluable asset to the Togetherness Project team. She is on a mission to empower students for a brighter tomorrow and is committed to planting seeds of hope and the Gospel around the world. Grateful and humble, Leslie considers it a privilege to contribute to the mission of bringing healing and restoration to those in need in Israel and around the world.
Riann Laux
Intern
Riann graduated in April 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Risk Management Insurance from Samford University, and brings a diverse skill set from roles in marketing, sales, and tutoring. As a Marketing Intern at Truist Insurance Holdings, she led content creation and website updates. She founded Six Two Five Co., a clothing brand addressing body image issues, and has been active in community service through Alpha Delta Pi and Ronald McDonald House Charities. After spending a transformative trip to Israel, Riann is passionate about bringing trauma-healing curriculum to the people, as well as planting seeds of hope and sharing the gospel.

Laine Craft
Laine, is an author, speaker and podcast host who loves to inspire others to live lively so that they are free, whole, and healed! When she is not helping others, she enjoys cooking with her husband, and spending time with her sons and new daughter-in-laws.
Lindsey Leonard
Lindsey has been in the medical field as a Physician's Assistant for two decades. She is passionate about using her expertise to help and serve others, both on and off the mission field. She loves paddleboarding, going to the beach & spending time with her family.
Terri Guffin
Terri lives in Memphis, Tennessee with her husband and three children. She owns her own business and loves to pour into the next generation of kids, especially girls, helping them step into their voice and fully into who God created them to be.
Margaret Doss
Margaret is a CRNA and graduate of Samford University who has used her medical background to help many in Birmingham as well as minister and serve people in Kenya. She enjoys time with her 3 children and eating out with friends.

Julia Mattson
Julia is a Samford alum with a passion for media, communication and writing, and is currently serving on the discipleship leadership team at Auburn Community Church in Birmingham.
Josie Pettit
Josie is a Samford student and founder of The Confetti Cake Project, a Christ-centered initiative raising awareness and offering encouragement for young people struggling with mental health.
Christianna Hornigold
Christianna is a senior Finance major at Samford University. I am pursuing a career in financial management and have a passion for missions and serving others.
Mackenzie Watlington
Mackenzie is an Alabama Alum. She is a personal trainer and a kinesiology major, and is passionate about helping people achieve their health and wellness goals.
