I first learned this from Dan Kennedy and have since heard several other people talk about it.

 

What I know is that this formula works.

 

Here’s the deal…

 

Clients are attracted to ACE’s.

 

A = Authority

C = Celebrity

E = Experts

 

If you are recognized as the authority on any subject, if you are seen as a celebrity, and if you are perceived as an expert, clients will be magnetically drawn to you.

Think of someone that you follow or subscribe to.  I would guess that they follow this formula (even if they don’t completely realize that they are following a formula).

 

Here’s how to do it…

 

Authorities are authors.  They write content on their field of expertise.  This is why I write a weekly blog called the Friday Fun Facts- so that our agents can copy this blog and use it on their own social platforms.

 

Celebrities are in places where celebrities are normally found, like on stages and screensThis is why I make presentations for our agents’ clients and make video content for them.

 

Experts have data and stats.  This is why I am relentless with the market data that I give to our agents so that they are always prepared when a client asks “so, how’s the market?”

 

Here’s what you need to do if you want to be an ACE…

  1. Write content about the market
  2. Get yourself on stage or on screens
  3. Research and compile market data and stats
