THE HOLISTIC LIBERATION WAY
In the Holistic Liberation Way, life is the teaching. The liberation process is inherent in mundane activities. The Holistic Liberation way is a path and lifestyle approach to freedom on every level of one’s existence. In a bigger picture, it’s everyone’s destiny to know the ecstasy of the Divine both internally and while dancing with all of creation.
It is a daily commitment to create a Holistic Liberation lifestyle in which you are lived by liberation and therefore supported in your awakening in every aspect of your life.
In the path of Holistic Liberation, every moment matters. Each moment may be utilized as a nodal point for spiritual transformation.
Spiritual life—at it’s deepest level, and in our world society today—requires being a heroic spiritual warrior. A free person lives and dies as an original.
The path of Holistic Liberation brings us to knowing a Truth, which can’t be known by the mind because the Truth exists beyond the mind.
On the path of Holistic Liberation, eventually even the I-ness disappears and only the Divine Nothing of the eternal Divine Presence prior to dual/non-dual existence remains.
In this Holistic Liberation Way (walk or path), every little detail of your life—if interpreted with the intention to understand and elevate spiritually—becomes the revealing of the secret God code meant specifically for you. In other words, this path is unique to each individual, yet contains the basics to allow for each individual expression. We aren’t saying there’s only one way. There are foundations that create the space for your unique liberation process to unfold.
This includes being lived by the Six Foundations and Sevenfold Peace, in which there is a natural merging of the inner male and female that leads to the awareness of the non dual oneness with all of creation, God, and the Self.
1. SPIRITUAL NUTRITION
This includes a Vegan-Organic-Live-Food, High Mineralized, Low Sugar, High Hydration Diet according to one’s constitution, and made with Love; and Spiritual Fasting twice a year.
2. BUILDING LIFE FORCE (Prana; Chi; Nefesh נפש)
Yoga Asanas, Pranayama (Breathing Practices), Ophanim (Energetics of the Hebrew Letters),T’ai Chi, Reiki, Tachyon Energy and other energy practices such as Sacred Dance all enhance and expand the Consciousness of the body-mind complex, filling it with Life Force Energy.
3. SERVICE AND CHARITY (Sheirut שירות & Tzedaka צדקה)
In the process of service and charity, we are able to face our attachments to things (Seva), as well as to feel our connection to all the family of humanity, which expands Consciousness through Direct Experience.
4. SATSANG (Yechidut יחידות) Spiritual guidance and inspiration
Satsang means being in the Energy of Absolute Truth. It usually means being in the Presence of a Liberated Being who has realized this Truth such as an Awakened Spiritual Teacher. Satsang gives meaning, value, heart, and energy to spiritual wisdom teachings and spiritual life energetics. In the Kabbalah, Satsang is termed Yechidut יחידות. Sangha (or Kehila קהילה) Chavurah חבורה means spending time with spiritually-focused people or community. Expanding and refining the mind with spiritual wisdom teachings, the great scriptures such as Zohar, the Torah, the Tao Te Ching, the Vedas, the Holy Bible, and profound Mystical Poetry such as that of Hafiz, Rumi, and Blake. Wisdom literature helps us formulate and focus our consciousness while expanding it. Zero Point, Sacred Music, and spending Time in Nature are also part of this foundation.
5. SILENCE (Kol Drama דממה קול)
Meditation (Hitbodedut התבודדות), Contemplation (Hitbonenut התבוננות), Prayer (Tefila תפילה), Repetition of Mantra (Hagia הגיה), and Devotional Chanting (Mizmor מזמור) in the God-Focused Traditions are all methods to unveil Spiritual Silence.
6. KUNDALINI AWAKENING (S’micha Le’shefa לשפע סמיכה - Chanicha חניכה)
Shaktipat Initiation is the awakening of the Divine spiritual force that is resting in potential within us. This is known as the Descent of Grace and usually occurs through a Living Enlightened Spiritual Leader, but also may occur spontaneously. Once the spiritual energy is activated, it begins to spontaneously move through our body from the root of the spinal cord upwards, spiritualizing every cell, every fiber of the DNA, every Chakra, every channel of the subtle nervous system (Nadis), every organ, gland, and tissue so that all Consciousness becomes activated into the next evolutionary stage of growth. Gabriel has been empowered and directed by his spiritual masters to awaken the kundalini in others. He has been acknowledged by his spiritual master as a person that can help people that are having a crisis by this energy and who blessed Dr. Gabriel's first kundalini crisis clinic in the world in 1973. The kundalini can be awakened by look, sound, touch or breath, and over the internet by look and sound.

Meditation and prayer on a daily basis. Enhancing peace with the cosmic mind by trying to begin each thought, word, and action with love, compassion, and peace.

Peace in all family relationships, which includes the power of forgiveness. Respect your parents and all family members. Forgiveness and respect opens you up to the potential of feeling love for your family members and your family as a whole lineage.
4. PEACE WITH THE COMMUNITY
Knowing how to be at peace with all levels of community interface.
5. PEACE WITH ALL CULTURES
Peace with all human cultures, from a native American perspective, which is good for all peoples: “Aho Mitakuye Oyasın” - which means peace with the rock people (living earth), the plant people, with the swimming, flying, and walking (animal world), and with the talking ones with history (humans).
6. PEACE WITH THE ECOLOGY
Enhancing the living ecology of the planet on every level, including humans as part of it.
7. PEACE WITH THE DIVINE
Living in natural harmony, gratitude and oneness with the divine.

Coursing through the shushumna and all 72,000 Nadi channels
In all four worlds
Once kissed
The One becomes alive
And there is nothing else worth living for
Except the ecstatic, naked wild dance of Yah.
Yah’s kiss is the cosmic death
And cosmic rebirth into immortality.
Once kissed one becomes the breath of Yah as the play of the world.
