In early 2018, I hit rock bottom. I was a high-achieving perfectionist, and my mind and body were completely burnt out. I was stressed and overwhelmed. I rolled my eyeballs when my friend suggested I try meditation ...
But I needed SOMETHING to help me deal with stress, anxiety, and overwhelm so I eventually gave in, and gave it a try.
Within days, I felt different. Within two weeks, I was completely hooked. Meditation made me feel calmer, less stressed, and more in control. I started to feel like "me" again. It gave me more courage and confidence to re-evaluate my life and make big changes.
