Leigh offers a whole lot of insights about what to do and what not when trying to work your way up in a joinery business and/or when starting a business.

We also had a really interesting conversation about the future of the joinery industry and how to create a smart factory, and Leigh brings up an interesting point that “we’re always against change, but we also always want to see what’s new” and we discuss the implications of this kind of mindset.
