Step by Step Approach
We take things slowly and introduce changes once per week to avoid overwhelming you and , importantly, ensuring you are kind to your body and giving it the right messages in the right order. Frequently asked questions...
There are daily video's of 15-30 mins for the first 2 weeks and for the remaining 11 weeks there are two on Monday and Friday. Plus your weekly coaching call for 45 mins where you check in and share any challenges and get personalised support. A maximum of two hours per week to invest in your health.
No need to worry, you can reschedule your coaching call to another day, as long as you give us more than 24 hours notice. Its good to have a call each week to keep you on track. We can agree mutually the right times to have the calls.
Absolutely it can, the principles are the same! You will learn how to eat healthily and adapt to suit your own food preferences and any allergies too. Please let me know about your allergies when we start working together.
I have coached clients to transform their lives, I know this works and I can guarantee that you will feel better, healthy and energised and when you do , your weight will release naturally. To be honest, you do have to trust in the process, show up , ask questions and get the support you need and be accountable for your health.
